Delays ease after car breaks down in fast lane of M27
A broken-down car caused motorway delays by blocking a lane of the M27.
The car, on the eastbound side between Eastleigh and Hedge End, blocked the offside lane in the section with roadworks for the smart motorway.
Drivers were warned to be careful but it has now been recovered and delays are beginning to ease.
