Delays likely on A3(M) during rush hour as obstruction partially blocks road

Traffic incident causes delays
Increasing delays could cause havoc for commuters during rush hour this morning due to a road traffic incident.
There are currently 16 minute delays on the northbound carriageway of the A3 between A3(M) junction 1 (Clanfield) and Chalton Lane.
The stretch of road has been partially blocked due to an obstruction on the carriageway.
The AA said: “Delays increasing on A3(M) Northbound between J3 B2150 Hulbert Road (Waterlooville) and J1 A3.”
