The A3 is partially blocked due to an obstruction on the road.
Rush hour drivers south of the Hindhead Tunnel are facing delays this morning.
AA Traffic News said: “Partially blocked and queueing traffic due to obstruction on the road on A3 Liphook Bypass Northbound after Griggsgreen turn off.”
The AA, which has not stated what the blockage was caused by, added that delays were easing on A3 Northbound in Hampshire with an average speed of 20mph.
