Remarkable scenes unravel in Southsea as hundreds of Santas complete annual charity run

It was smiles all round yesterday (December 20) as hundreds flocked to the city to take part in the run, which has been organised by Believe and Achieve Events since 2008.

Giving people the opportunity to raise money for charity, the 5k and 10k run aims to spread Christmas cheer during the festive season.

The race will be taken over by Pompey in the Community from next year as the event continues to prove a hit with locals.
