Portsmouth supermarket to back Hayling Island charity for next 12 months
A CHARITY that gives families of sick children a short break away will be given money by a supermarket.
Sainsbury's Farlington picked Hannah's Holiday Home Appeal as its charity of the year for the next 12 months.

Customers were given the chance to pick during two weeks in June and the Hayling Island-based charity got the most votes.
Staff will spend time organising fundraisers and different events for the organisation.
Edd Morris, store manager, said: '˜We're really excited to be working with Hannah's Holiday Home Appeal, supporting such a fantastic cause.
'˜Everyone at Sainsbury's Farlington is looking forward to working together for a successful partnership.'
The charity was set up in memory of Hannah who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, aged eight.
After a year of treatment, she sadly died aged 10 and her family set up the charity which provides free stays in caravans for families with ill children.
Pam Marshall, from Hannah's Holiday Home Appeal, added: '˜We're delighted to be named the new local charity partner for Sainsbury's Farlington.
'˜We'd like to thank everyone who voted for us and it will make a huge difference.'
Sainsbury's Local Charity scheme is now in its tenth year. Last year, the Farlington store supported the Breast Cancer Haven based in Titchfield.
