Ed Davey hits the local election campaign trail in Hampshire as party looks to solidify its vote
Lib Dems hit the campaign trail
Liberal Democrats leader Sir Ed Davey hit the campaign trail in Hampshire as the party looks to solidify its base in the county.
Mr Davey paid a visit to Stanbridge Dairy Farm near Petersfield yesterday (Thursday, April 30) where he met dairy farmer Peter Caines to hear about the issues affecting farming.
He also met Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for East Hampshire, Dominic Martin.
The Liberal Democrats have control of both Portsmouth City Council and Gosport Borough Council and have ambitions to further their share of the vote elsewhere.
