Beautiful pigs deprived of food and water at previous home hoping to find new family where they can thrive
Deprived pigs hoping to find new home
Two pigs who were deprived of food, water and bedding at their previous home are now hoping to sniff out a peaceful place to thrive.
Peach and Rosalina have been described as an “engaging” pair who enjoy being involved in what is happening in their surroundings. They have endured a rough start to their life having been rescued from an environment where they were not cared for properly.

As a result, they can become excited at feeding times and will eagerly come running for breakfast and dinner. To provide a sense of stability, the team at Stubbington Ark have established a consistent feeding routine.
A spokesperson for Stubbington Ark said: “As Peach has learnt to trust the staff, we have seen her gentle side. She enjoys a scratch behind the ears and will happily lie down for a nap in your company.
“Rosalina is a little more independent, preferring to spend her time exploring the paddock, foraging, or rooting contentedly in the muddy wallow.
“Together, they make a wonderful pair, each complementing the other’s personality, and are looking for a home where they can continue to thrive together in an environment that allows them to flourish.”
Those interested in adopting Peach and Rosalina will need to have experience in housing pigs and they will need to have a field with post and rail and stock fencing. The pigs would thrive in a quiet small holding due to their complex background, in a paddock a minimum of 1/2 an acre, and they would need to be in an adult-only home due to their traumatic past.
The adoption fee for Peach and Rosalina has been set at £150. For more information - click here.
