Wickham Shell garage seriously damaged after car ploughs into building
A GARAGE has been seriously damaged after a car veered off the road and ploughed into it.
The blue Honda Civic smashed into Wickham’s Shell petrol station after leaving the A32 last night.
The impact has caused a partial collapse of the building, which has since been sealed off by emergency workers.
Photos from the scene showed a large number of firefighters and police in attendance.

Hampshire police said officers were alerted to incident at 9.58pm. A spokeswoman added: ‘A Honda Civic left the road and collided with the Shell Garage building, causing damage to a wall.
‘The driver received minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. No arrests have been made. Officers are investigating.’
The garage has remained closed while repairs to the petrol station are carried out.
