The owner of a nutrition club in Southsea has announced the devastating news that her 23-year-old daughter, Honor, has died.

Sarah Green, who owns By The Beach Nutrition on St George’s Road and is also a fitness influencer known as The Body Coach, announced the news to her tens of thousands of followers on social media. She said she and her family were going through an “unbearable” time following the sudden and tragic death.

The post said: “My beautiful daughter, Honor. Forever my baby. Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of pain.

“As her family and her closest friends, we are holding each other close and leaning on our faith to navigate each day. Please respect our privacy at this unbearable time and for those who wish to help...pray for us.”

The post has seen an outpouring of love and support from her followers including condolences from former TOWIE stars Ferne McCann and Danielle Armstrong, who said: “My heart is absolutely broken for you all - no words. Sending you so much love strength. We love you.”
