Free retro sweets and chance to win £500 offered in stores by webuyanycar

The offer starts on Monday

A sweet treat is coming to Hampshire next week, with residents able to pick up a free pack of retro watermelon Millions – and potentially walk away with £500 in cash.

From Monday 21 September, webuyanycar is handing out more than 10,000 commemorative packs of Millions across the UK to mark welcoming its five millionth customer, with 17 local branches taking part across Hampshire.

And there’s more than sweets up for grabs. Anyone who picks up a pack – whether they’re a webuyanycar customer or simply passing by – can enter a prize draw by sharing a photo of their Millions on social media and tagging webuyanycar, with five people set to win £500 each.

The giveaway is part of webuyanycar’s 20th anniversary celebrations, marking two decades since the brand launched.

Louise Badham, marketing director at webuyanycar, said: "It's been a big year for webuyanycar – we turned 20 in March, and now we've welcomed our five millionth customer.

“We wanted to mark this milestone with something fun, and a way of saying thank you to everyone who's been part of the journey over the last two decades.

"Twenty years in this industry has taught us a lot, but our principles haven't changed: the fastest way to sell your car, with certainty guaranteed and fairness built in. It's a real privilege that five million people across the UK have trusted us with their motors."

The stores with free sweets are Fareham Asda at Speedfields Park, Newgate Lane, and Fareham Locks Heath Shopping Centre, Centre Way, Park Gate.

The Range in Gosport, Havant Asda, Portsmouth Anchorage Morrisons, and Webuyanycar, Portsmouth Victory Retail Park Morrisons, and Waterlooville Retail Park also will have the treats while stocks last.
