CHRISTMAS has come early for eight lucky neighbours after they all won the lottery.

The group, all living in Quinton Fields, Emsworth, bagged £1,000 each from the People’s Postcode Lottery.

It came after the PO10 7QF postcode was named the daily prize winner in yesterday’s draw.

Matt Johnson, People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, broke the news to the residents.

‘What a great way to start the week, congratulations to our winners in Emsworth,’ he added. ‘I’m sure they’ll enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to something special.’

At least 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600m to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
