Dead body of man found in park after emergency crews race to scene
The dead body of a man was found in a park earlier today (Sunday).
Emergency crews raced to Kestrel Park, close to Le Marechal Avenue, Bursledon, around 8.30am.
But despite the efforts of emergency services the man, aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokesperson said: "At 8.30am officers located the body of a man in his 30s in Kestrel Park. The death is not being treated as suspicious.
"The man’s next of kin has been informed and supported by officers. A file is being prepared for the coroner."
