The Christmas lights switch-on event took place on Thursday, November 27 in Waterlooville Town Centre with Santa and Olaf from Frozen delighting the families in attendance.
Despite the wet weather, a large crowd gathered to witness an evening filled with entertainment including performances from local bands, dance groups and children singing Christmas carols.
The shops in Waterlooville also stayed open till late to give the people a chance to get some Christmas shopping in and support local businesses.
