Havant MP Alan Mak Off The Fence: Come to my Health & Wellbeing Fair in Emsworth
I'm hosting my 4th annual Health & Wellbeing Fair on Friday, June 20 at Emsworth Baptist Church.
Admission is free and you can drop in anytime between 10am and noon. Please feel free to bring family members, neighbours, colleagues and friends.
My work continues on organising this community event, which brings together local health bodies, charities, community organisations and businesses to offer information and advice about physical and mental health.
Visitors will be able to chat to a range of exhibitors that include Hayling & Emsworth Primary Care Network, Friends of Emsworth Community Health, Havant Talking News and Age Concern Hampshire.

Other confirmed exhibitors include representatives of Havant U3A, Emsworth Flower Club, Havant Macular Support Group and Ems Valley Memorial Arboretum.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I held my first Health & Wellbeing Fair at Emsworth Baptist Church in 2022.
The Fair was a great success and it has been held at the same venue each year since, with exhibitors and residents letting me know that they have found the opportunity to share important information and advice about mental and physical health very useful.
I'm especially keen to encourage our older people to attend the Fair, as this is a good opportunity to engage with many organisations who can offer activities, services or help locally.
I'd love to see you there!
Meanwhile preparations are also being made for my 10th annual Jobs, Apprenticeships & Careers Fair on Friday 19 September at Bedhampton Community Centre.
This Fair enables a variety of employers to show what roles they can offer and jobseekers can find out more about options in person.
Please add these dates to your diaries: Friday 20 June and Friday 19 September.
Constituents are also very welcome to join one of the popular Houses of Parliament tours that I'm running again this year.
You can enjoy a guided tour of the House of Commons, House of Lords and other parts of the Parliamentary estate before joining me for a private Q&A session.
The coach leaves central Havant at around 8.00am and returns around 5.30pm. If you're interested in coming, please register your interest at www.alanmak.org.uk/Tours.
I'm also providing free Union and St George flags to constituents. To request one, please go to www.alanmak.org.uk/contact.
Finally, the best ways to stay up to date with the work I'm doing as your local MP all year round are to follow my social media accounts, especially Facebook ( www.fb.com/AlanMakHavant), and sign up for my regular residents' email newsletter at https://www.alanmak.org.uk.
You can also share your views on local and national issues with me by completing my online survey at www.AlanMak.org.uk/Survey.
