Hampshire lottery ticket worth £1million - could it be yours?
The winner has until March to claim their prize
One lucky person who bought a lottery ticket in the New Forest is sitting on a £1million prize and the National Lottery is keen to ‘pony up’ the winnings.
The ticket-holder bought their winning EuroMillions ticket from a retailer in the New Forest for the draw on Friday 11 September The winner has until midnight on 10 March 2027, to claim their prize.
The winning ticket has the millionaire maker code HBGR 43545.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery said: "We’re not horsing around. Anyone who may have bought a ticket in the New Forest for the EuroMillions draw on Friday 11 September should check their tickets.

“Think back to the days leading up to the draw. Were you enjoying a weekend escape in the New Forest, exploring its ancient woodland, or going for lunch at your local pub when you stopped to pick up a EuroMillions ticket?
“Someone out there has a £1 million surprise waiting for them and may have absolutely no idea. So spread the word and get everyone you know checking their tickets. It’s time to rein in that ticket and give it a check, because this win could be yours.”
Anyone not in possession of their ticket, for whatever reason, but who believes they have a genuine claim can still make a claim in writing to Allwyn, but it must be within 30 days of the draw.
If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
