Is Toob down? Internet crashes for thousands of people - and England fans miss goals in Norway World Cup quarter-final
England fans are furious after internet connections went down during the Norway game
Thousands of people watching the England match online found they missed the action - including the two first-half goals.
England are taking on Norway at the moment. But more than 3,000 Toob broadband customers have put in reports to online monitoring site DownDetector that they had lost connection.
Toob, which is based in Portsmouth, has customers around the country. Reports have been made tonight from Bournemouth, Reading, Ipswich, Cambrodge and elsewhere.
One person said: “Husband is flipping his top as can’t watch the game on tv and is having to watch it on phone on is 4g. Can’t contact them either . Will be cancelling my contract .”
The DownDetector trend appears to suggest that service is returning to many people, although problems appear to be continuing.
