With only a month left of the year, the cherished Leigh Park Christmas Grotto has returned for the festive period.

Launching on Saturday, November 22, the popular grotto, in Greywell Shopping Centre, welcomed families to its first day of the season.

Customers were treated to meet and greets with Santa, his elves and snowmen as part of the opening which drew in large crowds.

The grotto, which will cost £5 per child, will be open between 10am and 4.30pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until December 22.
