Entrepreneur grows team after 12 months of success

Deborah Witcomb, founder of The HR Dept, began her business from home in Totton.

Since then she has expanded across Fareham, Whiteley and across the south.

THe firm’s newest recruit, business management student Alisha Rogers, will learn on the job while providing front-line support.

Deborah said: ‘I’m very proud of what I have achieved over the past 12 months and pleased that what we offer clients has been so warmly received.

‘I’m looking forward to the next 12 months.’
