Spitfire VE Day flypast: Here's when you can see a Spitfire fly over Waterlooville
THE 75th anniversary of VE Day will be marked with a flypast of a Spitfire.
The iconic World War 2 aircraft will be doing a route that will include visits to Blechley Park and over Vera Lynn’s home in Sussex this afternoon.
The first stop on the Spitfire’s journey will be flyover of Wellington Vale Care Home in Waterlooville.

Thomas Hyom, one of the residents of the home, celebrated his 102nd birthday last month. He served as a Leading Seaman in the Royal Navy during the war.
The Spitfire will leave from Boultbee Academy at Goodwood and then head up to Waterlooville.
Others stops on the flypast include the home of Colonel Tom Moore, who raised millions for the NHS.
It will also flyover the Care for Veterans home in Worthing at around 1.20pm, as the 10th stop on the tour – with Waterlooville being the first stop.
The flyover has been organised by the Daily Mail, who were granted a one-off exemption by Transport Secretary Grant Shapps.
