The family of a cyclist who died following a crash has said ‘he was loved beyond words’ and has given the ‘gift of life’ by being an organ donor.

Lee’s mum has paid tribute to him, saying he was “loved beyond words and his loss has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew him.”
She continued: "Lee had a passion for BMX riding and a very cheeky smile that would brighten anyone's day, with a kind heart to match. He cared deeply for others and was always willing to help anyone, never expecting anything in return. His kindness and generosity touched the lives of so many people.
"Even in death, my boy continued to help others. As an organ donor, he has given the gift of life to others, something that makes me incredibly proud.
"I want to thank everyone who worked to help Lee at the scene that day and in the days that followed, as well as all those who supported Lee and our family during the most difficult time of our lives.
"Lee will never be forgotten. I will carry him in my heart forever and treasure every memory we shared."
A spokesperson for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary previously said investigations are ongoing, and anyone with information can contact the police by calling 101 quoting reference 44260335717.
