Who has been in the dock at Portsmouth Crown Court as Southsea man denies stalking

These people appeared in court on Wednesday, October 7.
- Bradley Garrett, 24 of Elm Grove, Southsea, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order by communicating with a lone female without approval from police. He was remanded in custody, and will next appear in court on October 28, 2026.
- Bronson Millman, 18 of Wingfield Street, Buckland, pleaded not guilty to actual bodily harm, aggravated burglary and property damage, all relating to the same incident on May 16 this year. He will next appear in court on February 22, for trial.
- Daniel Darwin, 47 of Duncan Road, Southsea, pleaded not guilty to two counts of stalking involving serious distress. A subsequent court date has not been listed at the time of publication.
- Gary Crawley, 38 of Omega Street, Somers Town, pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery. He was sentenced to 45 months in prison.
- Hanah Stokoe, 39 of Soberton Road, Havant, pleaded not guilty to two counts of common assault, and one count of assault by beating. She was remanded in custody, and is next due in court on February 3, 2027, for mention.
- Irek Wozniewski, 49 of Chichester Road, North End, pleaded not guilty to making threats to kill, and changed plea to not guilty to one count of actual bodily harm, both relating to an incident on July 6 this year. He was remanded in custody, and will next appear in court on December 4, 2026.
- Leo Humphrey, 23 of Bedhampton Way, Havant, pleaded guilty to one count of bodily harm, but pleaded not guilty to further counts of controlling or coercive behaviour, intentional strangulation and one count of actual bodily harm. He will next appear in court on March 13, 2027, for trial.
- Luke Hay, 20 of Landport Terrace, Southsea, pleaded guilty to attempted robbery in Windsor House car park on March 13, 2025, but not guilty to one count of theft from a person, and one count of threatening a person with a bladed article. He was remanded on conditional bail, and will be sentenced on December 17, 2026.
- Orhan Mihaylov, 21 of Kingston Road, North End, pleaded guilty to one count of affray, but not guilty to one count of grievous bodily harm with intent. He was remanded on conditional bail, and will be sentenced on December 18, 2026.
- Rhyan Mayers, 34 of Marlborough Grove, London, was found not guilty of making threats to kill, intentional strangulation and assault by beating. He has been discharged from the courts.
