Wealthy Horndean business owner in court accused of 18 month stalking campaign
A wealthy Horndean business owner has appeared in court accused of a stalking campaign spanning a year and a half.

Nolan Bird, who jointly owns NA Curtain Walling, allegedly stalked Peter Dymock in Waterlooville between February 16, 2024, to July 11 last year. The defendant is accused of making “derogatory comments” to the complainant and damaging his vehicle as well as contacting him at his workplace.
Bird, 50, of Shore Road, Waterlooville, denied a charge of stalking when he appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court. The court charge states: “You pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of Peter Dymock which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of him.
“(On February 17, 2024, and in April 2024 you followed Peter Dymock in his vehicle making derogatory comments to him, damaged his vehicle and on July 8, 2025, and on July 10, 2025, contacted him at his workplace.”
Bird’s case was sent for trial at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on October 10. He was handed conditional bail which includes not to contact Mr Dymock and not to enter Clanfield.
Bird set up NA Curtain Walling with a friend in 2002. They set up the company as specialist installation contractors for curtain walling and glazing systems. It is now one of the largest organisations of its kind in the UK, employing 50 people at its office and more than 150 subcontractors on building sites across the UK.
It won the Steel Project Award, in the national Schueco Excellence Awards, and then was further crowned Overall Winner 2020. In 2016, NA Curtain Walling was highly commended in the Small Business of the Year award at The News’ Business Excellence Awards.
