While Renalto Haspepa, 27, of no fixed abode, was charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.

Both men appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Friday, January 16 and have been remanded to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday, February 16.
The operation involved police forces across the South. During the entire operation, 86 arrests were made, more than £10,000 in cash seized, over 50 drugs seizures completed, and 59 vehicles seized.
Sergeant Nikki Hopkins, from Neighbourhood Enforcement Team, said: “This is the second time we have run this operation in Hampshire in recent months, and we are seeing some real results.
“This operation has seen us collaborate with neighbouring forces, as well as acting on Automatic Number Plate Recognition information and intelligence, to target those criminals travelling on our road networks.
“The message is clear to those criminals who exploit our roads networks and force boundaries – we are taking action to bring you to justice.”
