Two men have been charged with burglary offences after males were seen trying to climb into a house using a ladder.
Police were called to the property in Columbus Drive, Sarisbury Green, at 2.52am on May 5. A social media statement from Fareham Police said they received a report of “two men using a ladder to access an address”.

“Officers attended and located two men in an outbuilding who were subsequently arrested,” the force added.
Kieran Phillips, 31, of Fraser Close in Southampton, and Darryl Clarke, 37, of Copeland Road in Southampton, have been charged with burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal. Clarke appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on May 6.
He has since been remanded in custody and will appear again at the same court on June 8. Phillips has been released on conditional bail and will appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on the same date.
