Portsmouth man previously jailed after huge Leigh Park brawl back in court for beating women and officer
A Portsmouth man who was previously jailed for his part in a massive violent brawl where a girl was blinded in one eye has appeared back in court for beating two women and a police officer.

Reece Ciani, 30, of no fixed address, attacked the two females on September 21 last year before turning on an officer during his arrest.
Ciana appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court to have his three charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault by beating and common assault - on the officer - dismissed.
But the application was rejected before Ciani pleaded guilty to all the offences. He was remanded in custody and will now be sentenced on March 9.
It comes following Ciani’s imprisonment for 14 months in November 2023 after a huge fight broke out in Fred Francis Close, Leigh Park, on June 7, 2021. A 14-year-old girl permanently lost sight in one of her eyes during the fighting that led to 13 people being charged in connection with the violence.
Ciani was jailed for violent disorder following the incident that saw large numbers of police swamp the area to restore order.
