Police want help to identify man on bike seen near burglary in Horndean - possibly linked to Waterlooville and Purbrook raids
Police think identifying this man could be key to solving a spate of burglaries
Police want help identifying this man as they investigate a series of house burglaries.
The latest raid was on a home in Catherington Lane, Horndean, between 12.15pm and 1.15pm on Friday, June 12. Cash and jewellery including rings, necklaces and earrings were stolen. The man was disturbed at the scene and fled on a bicycle.

Also, on April 14 a man was reported to have tried to get into a house in London Road, Waterlooville, at about 3pm by pulling the door handle and kicking the door - this man also left on a bike.
On the same day police received a report of a burglary at an address in Stakes Road, Purbrook, some time between 1pm and 5pm, during which jewellery was reported stolen.
A police spokesperson said: “Our investigations continue, and enquiries will seek to establish whether there is a link between the three incidents. As part of these enquiries, we are keen to identify the man pictured in this image. We appreciate his face is not visible, but we are hoping someone may recognise him from the clothing and the bike, may have seen him in their neighbourhood, or captured him on CCTV or doorbell camera.”
