Police hunt for violent man wanted on recall to prison
Police are hunting a violent man wanted on recall to prison.
Chris Pinder, 48, is wanted on recall to prison where he had been serving a sentence for actual bodily harm.
Police said: “Officers have been making enquiries to try and locate Pinder - who has links to Southampton but is known to move around Hampshire, as well as Devon and Cornwall - and would now like to appeal to the wider public for help.
“We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Pinder to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and be liable for arrest themselves.”
He is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall, of average build, with brown hair and blue eyes. If you have seen him, or have information regarding his whereabouts, contact police on 999 quoting 44260106702.
