London man arrested on suspicion of Class A drug possession in Southsea

The 29-year-old, from London, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug of Class A on Saturday evening (Feb 15) in Fawcett Road.

A police spokesman said: ‘He was also arrested on suspicion of possession of criminal property.

‘He has been released from custody but remains under investigation as our enquiries continue.

‘Tackling drug-related harm in our city is a priority for us and information from residents and businesses in the area can help us ensure we are doing all we can to disrupt this type of activity within our communities.’
