Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary last week called for witnesses to come forward with information with the force now repeating their call with no one yet arrested.

A spokesperson for the police force previously said: “We are appealing for witnesses after a teenage boy was threatened with a knife in Waterlooville. It was reported that at around 10.40pm on July 22 the victim, a 14-year-old boy, was on Darnell Road when he heard someone shout at him.

“He was then chased by three boys, one of whom was holding a kitchen knife. The victim ran onto Houghton Avenue and eventually lost them on Kentidge Way.

“The boy holding the knife is described to be a white boy with a tanned complexion, around 17-years-old, with a muscular build, and short dark hair. He also had a slight moustache and a cut under his right eye. He was wearing a black tracksuit.

“Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and are now asking the public for any information that may assist our enquiries.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting the reference number 44260352938.
