Harasser is fined £405
A MAN was fined after admitting harassing a woman.
Matthew Walkley, 20, of Juniper Square, Havant, made excessive calls and sent unwanted messages to the Waterlooville woman between January 25 and February 17.
City magistrates fined him £405 with a £40 surcharge.
