Community warden sentenced for misconduct in public office
A council community warden has been sentenced for misconduct in a public office.
Shaun Jones, 53, appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court where he admitted two counts of misconduct in a public office.
Jones, of Sydney Road, Gosport, was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for two years.
He was also handed 10 rehabilitation days and told to complete 75 hours unpaid work.
