Ambulance damaged after group throws rocks at windscreen - police launch investigation
A group of men have caused significant damage to an ambulance after throwing rocks at it.
The police are appealing for witnesses after colleagues at South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) reported that one of their ambulances had been damaged at their centre on Northabour Road in Cosham.
The police were called at just before 1:15am on Tuesday, June 11, to reports that a group of males had accessed the railway line adjacent to the North Harbour Resource Centre and had thrown rocks from the line at the station, causing damage to an ambulance. They then entered the station site and attempted to gain access to the station building, but were challenged by a SCAS employee and ran away.

Officers attended and an investigation has been launched. As part of the police enquiries, they would like to speak to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area around this time.
