Havant Borough Council have advised that the eviction will take place today with the group being made to move on from the site which is directly opposite the Federation of Trosnant Schools.

The second group has been in the area since last Friday when they pitched up at Barton Field next to the Westleigh Park football ground. They left on Wednesday evening, leaving bags of rubbish behind them, and then set up at a play field in Bedhampton off of Scratchface Lane.

Officers were due in court at 10am to request the section 78 notice with the eviction set to take place by midday on Saturday, July 18.
