Cost of Portsmouth parking permits could rise
A DECISION will be made this morning on the price of parking permits in Portsmouth.
Councillor Jim Flemming, cabinet member for traffic and transportation at Portsmouth City Council, will consider an increase on permits for a third car in residential zones.
It comes as the council looks to ease parking pressures on the island.
