Joint auctioneers Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers and Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell are selling a single-storey commercial unit at 18 High Street, Cosham, at auction next month.

The commercial unit has a guide price of £120,000 - £130,000 and the auction will end on December 11, with bidding going live on December 9.
