Divine homes start to take shape at St John's College site as development presses on

St John’s College, in Grove Road South, previously operated as a private boarding school, but it closed in the summer of 2022 due to decline in student numbers.

In the wake of its closure, the site was a primed for a considerable redevelopment project, creating 49 one-bed flats, 138 two-bed, 24 three bed and one four bed by converting the existing buildings.

The development will also provide a total of 105 parking spaces, 375 cycle parking spaces and 38 short-stay cycle spaces.
