The 11 Hampshire restaurants that made it into the Michelin Guide 2026

Hampshire is home to an extensive list of top tier restaurants.

And every year the Michelin Guide outlines the best of the best after dining at hundreds of restaurants across the country.

Inspectors assess each venue using a criteria including the ingredient quality, flavor harmony, technique mastery, chef personality, and consistency.

The Avenue and Hambledon Vineyard are both recent additions to this year’s guide, joining the likes of Marle and Pulpo Negro.

Pulpo Negro, on Broad Street, New Alresford, is in the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand. The restaurant is known for some of its delicious and authentic Spanish tapas dishes.
