Natty's Jerk and Fuego's Street Food on Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year Awards shortlist

The awards aim to recognise and showcase some of the best food places in the industry - and two Portsmouth venues have made the shortlist.

Over 40 cuisine types are represented within the 130 restaurants that will be going head-to-head for the £100,000 grand prize which will be announced in November. Food lovers across the UK and Ireland can cast a vote for their favourite shortlisted restaurants until October 4.

The shortlist for the South East includes:

• Natty's Jerk Shack
• Fuego's Street Food
• Mexifun
• Mango Thai
• Baffi
• The Boring Burger

This year, Uber Eats is going bigger than ever, as chef, television and radio broadcaster Andi Oliver joins the esteemed judging panel. Andi is set to bring her warmth and expertise to this year’s panel and infuse the Awards with her love of food, community and connection.

Uber Eats is also offering all regional winners a £5,000 prize alongside a support package to help accelerate their businesses' growth.
