Chaiiwalla opens new cafe at Sutton Scotney services in Hampshire
A Hampshire A-road service station has a new cafe
Long-distance drivers in Hampshire will have a new choice of food when they choose to take a pitstop.
Chaiiwala has opened a new cafe at Roadchef Services on the A34. It will be open every day on the northbound side of the services at Sutton Scotney.
Chaiiwala is a South Asian street food and cafe which has Karak Chaii and Pink Chaii on its menu, alongside the Desi Breakfast, Bombay Twister, loaded naan and rice boxes. A range of hot and cold drinks and sweet treats, including the brand's Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, will also be available.
The chain, which has 120 branches in 59 towns and cities, including one in Elm Grove, Southsea, opened its first trunk road services outlet at Watford Gap on the M1 last year.

Sohail Ali, co-founder of Chaiiwala, said: "We're delighted to be building on our partnership with Roadchef by opening at Sutton Scotney Northbound and introducing even more motorway travellers to Chaiiwala.
“Motorway travellers are increasingly looking for more choice and variety when they stop, and our menu offers a fresh alternative to the traditional roadside options. We're looking forward to welcoming customers and introducing more people to our authentic street food, drinks and sweet treats."
Dan Sutton, brands director at Roadchef, added: "We're committed to giving our customers more choice every time they stop with us, and Chaiiwala is a fantastic addition to Sutton Scotney Northbound. As we continue to diversify our food and drink offering, we're introducing exciting new brands that reflect the variety of tastes and preferences of the millions of people who travel on the UK's motorway network each year.”
The new roadside location will be open daily from 8am to 9pm.
