Cheers! Portchester Charity Beer Festival returned for a day of real ales, ciders and good conversation.

The event has been a fixture for several years, and came back on Saturday. More than 160 tickets were sold, with all proceeds being put into Portchester Community Centre, where it is hosted.

Paul Whittle, one of the trustees of the centre, said: “It’s a fantastic day. We've got 15 beers, we've got seven ciders, and we’ve got Prosecco and everything else as well. It's always a good day.”
