Lung group fitness class
AN EXERCISE class is being held for people with breathing problems.
Breathe Easy Southsea is hosting its third fitness class for people with lung diseases.
It will be on February 6 at Mountbatten Leisure Centre, in Portsmouth, at 10am.
It is part of the group’s maintenance programme.
