Artwork by Portsmouth artist Fark up for auction in aid of Queen Alexandra Hospital staff
A STENCIL and spray paint piece of art, complete with a trademark seagull, by a city artist is now up for auction in aid of NHS staff.
The piece of work by Fark can be bidded on via eBay and the money raised will be added to the QA Hospital Heroes Thank You Appeal.

More than £1,000 was raised in the first art auction when a piece by My Dog Sighs, entitled Even Apart We Are Together, was bought by Susan Stokes from Rotherham who was bidding on behalf of a friend.
She said: ‘Firstly I must say that I was actually bidding for my friend who appreciates art far more than I do.

‘It was only throughout lockdown that she has become aware of My Dog Sighs and although she had looked on his website at the possibility of purchasing a piece of artwork she wanted something that represented the current situation so when she found out this wonderful piece was up for auction for such a fantastic cause she knew it was meant to be.’
More than £36,000 has been raised by the appeal so far and the money has been used to purchase boost boxes, containing refreshments and toiletries, and a wellbeing room with massage chairs and refreshments.
