The Fourtuned Cookies Quartet "Spreads a little Christmas Cheer!
" What a wonderful time we had caroling in Waterlooville, Bedhampton, Denmead, East Meon, and Ropley on the last weekend before Christmas!
We kicked off our tour by singing to little baby Sophie (who looked slightly puzzled as to why we were bobbing up and down to Jingle Bells), visited neighbours, clients and friends, and stopped off at Liz T's Aunty Alisons (who we've now affectionately adopted) to have a quick snack before wrapping up our festive journey (see what we did there) at the Oakes Beefeater in Petersfield. We tried to convince our lovely waitress, also named Sophie, to allow us to "sing for our supper" - alas no - but the joy in the restaurant was palpable with other patrons listening in while Sophie bobbed her head enthusiastically to our tune.
A huge thank you to all the families who opened their doors and came outside to listen, for their donations and yummy snacks. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
