Although the new Synergy Success Network Hub opened its doors on 2 February 2026, the team came together on 10 February for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to formally mark the occasion. The event was attended by the full Synergy team and symbolised the next chapter for a Business that has grown significantly since its launch in 2018.
Cutting the ribbon was Synergy Success Network Co-Founder Gethin Jones, who founded Synergy Success Network alongside Mark Legg eight years ago. His presence marked a full-circle moment for the business, highlighting the journey from its early beginnings to the launch of a dedicated hub designed to support local Construction Businesses and the Wider Portsmouth Business Community.
Gethin Jones said: “I have loved watching the success of the vision we first had. And that vision was about how we could bring both people and businesses together, because you need more than just a business mindset to make your business a success.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by the Synergy leadership team, including Directors: Mark and Chloe Legg, Paul Moody and Joel Kirby, alongside the wider Synergy team. The Elm Grove Hub has been designed as a collaborative space where Business Owners can meet the Synergy team, access expert advice, and receive tailored support aligned with their goals and challenges.
