Steve wins top industry award for second year running
Steve Thatcher, owner of Revive! Portsmouth has retained the coveted Customer Service Award for the second year running at the Revive! Auto Innovations annual conference held recently at St George’s Park, the home of English football.
Revive! is the UK’s largest UK network of accredited SMART vehicle repairers. The annual conference is the highlight of Revive!’s year when all of the regional business owners get together with head office staff at a conference to celebrate the business’ ongoing success and recognise individual achievements.
Revive! Portsmouth won the award for achieving a 4.98 Trustpilot rating in 2025, based on 400+ reviews, along with a 5-star Google Business Profile rating also with 400+ reviews and receiving no customer chasing complaints in 2025.
Over 125 delegates from all over the UK attended the event where Steve received his award at a black-tie gala dinner. Presenting the award Revive! business development executive Joe Nicholson said: “This was a very close -run judging decision, but Steve’s customer testimonials truly set him apart from all of the other shortlisted Revive! business owners.”
