Serviced office building in the heart of Havant 75 per cent complete

Arena Offices’ office space, Langstone Gate, is now three-quarters of the way towards completion of its £1.1 million renovation with external spraying and internal works underway.

Langstone Gate’s renovation is expected to be complete by spring. The space is home to a variety of office spaces, work and desk pods, breakout areas and meeting rooms. Currently, it houses over 50 businesses and is ready to welcome more.

The building was previously owned by Seward Properties before being acquired by Arena Offices in 2018.

Much like each of Arena’s 11 locations across the south coast, Langstone Gate is situated in a prime spot on the edge of the town centre and has great transport links alongside the busy A27.

Leading on the space’s design is Arena’s in-house design team, Enenco Office Design.

Operational Director of Enenco, James Anderson, said the project has come on in leaps and bounds in the past few months.

He said: “The project’s on track and we’re making great progress. Amongst other works, we’re extending the lobby to create a spacious reception entrance and respraying the front exterior to give the building a striking look as you approach.

“Langstone Gate has undergone a complete transformation and I can’t wait to see the finished product.”
