Resident-nominated staff awards held at Bedhampton Court Care Home

Bedhampton Care Home in Havant, held a staff awards ceremony this week, giving residents the opportunity to recognise team members who have made a genuine difference to their daily lives.

Residents voted for the colleagues they felt had supported them with exceptional commitment, compassion and care.

Home Manager Karen Williams presented the awards, offering warm words about each person as they stepped forward to receive their certificates.

Both residents and staff dressed for the occasion, with many residents arriving in dresses and tuxedos.

A red carpet was rolled out, and staff walked its length to applause and cheers from residents waiting proudly at the other end.
