Natalie March and colleague James will be joining thousands of riders on the iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride on 21st June 2026, tackling the 54-mile route from the capital to the coast as team Physio-logical Pedallars.
The British Heart Foundation has been at the forefront of cardiovascular research for decades, and its work has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK. Despite this progress, hundreds of people still lose their lives every day, making continued fundraising as vital as ever.

Natalie said: "We are so passionate about this cause. As physiotherapists, heart health is something we care deeply about every single day. The BHF's research saves lives and we want to do our bit to help keep that vital work going."
Every pound raised goes directly towards funding new treatments and discovering new cures. Just £24 can fund two hours of research by an early career scientist, and the team are hoping the local community will get behind them.
