Hayling care home leads the way on helping with home energy management

A Hayling Island care home is leading the way on helping people with their home energy management
Wimborne Care Home is known as a care home with strong community links. On Monday 23rd February they are proud to host a talk delivered by My Home Made Better, Hampshire's trusted energy advice service, who are backed by Havant Borough Council. Jo Morril the Lead advisor will talk about how to make your home warmer, cheaper to run, and ready for the future.
This is a fee talk and spaces are limited. Running at the ‘everyone friendly’ time of 6-7pm to enable those working to be able to attend, all will hear a terrifically helpful, engaging free talk on getting practical, step-by-step guidance on what’s possible for your home, from low-cost measures to whole-home upgrades, plus tips on finding accredited installers and accessing grants and support.
The talk is FREE and ticket reservations can be made here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/home-energy-made-simple-tickets-1981929733184

Stephen Stace, Peri General Manager of Wimborne commented: “We are delighted to welcome The Environment Centre to deliver this fantastic practical and valuable talk at Wimborne. Hayling Islanders can benefit hugely from this kind of valuable information, so we hope to see every seat filled.’
