One final book sale in Gosport and its time for local naval author and publisher to close his laptop for the final time.....

Gosport Born and bred..Portsmouth Grammar School educated ex Royal Naval Officer Mike Critchley closes his 30+ year naval book publishing career in the town tomorrow (and Wednesday) by selling off his personal library ....Displayed in a friends shop ( Next to Lloyds bank) 1000- 1500 & 1700- 1900) Wednesday 1000 - 1500.

It all started in the 1950's crossing the harbour to school every day then as an officer in the Royal Navy...before publishing over 100 books on naval subjects over the years....but its time to retire...(although I am pretty busy taking former shipmates on holidays and mentoring ex offenders which I find very satisfying)
